CLO is a cloud infrastructure platform from the team behind FirstVDS, built to help businesses create and scale IT solutions. Its services include configurable Linux and Windows virtual servers, managed cloud databases, scalable S3 object storage, network disks, and load balancing. Customers can also use DDoS protection, DNS management, floating IP addresses, backups, server snapshots, application templates, and REST API and Terraform tools for automation. Services are managed through a unified control panel and billed by the hour.

CLO highlights 24/7 support, a 99.9% SLA, and assistance with migrating projects from other providers. The company says its infrastructure uses open-source technologies including OpenStack, Tungsten Fabric, and Linstor, and is hosted in Moscow at an IXcellerate data center rated Tier III. Its servers use AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon Gold or Silver processors with NVMe storage. CLO also offers solutions for Bitrix, high-resource servers, and special terms for web studios and developers.
