About Clóna Dairy Products
Clóna Fresh Milk is a brand steeped in tradition and heritage, becoming an essential part of daily life in Cork since 1919. This iconic brand originated on the Hurley family farm in Clonakilty, where fresh milk was delivered to the town dairy twice daily. The local community eagerly gathered to collect fresh milk from the Hurley churns.
In 1955, Clóna Fresh Milk made history by introducing the first-ever bottled pasteurized milk in Munster, thanks to Charlie Hurley. By the late 1980s, the milk from Hurley's farm became known as Clóna Milk, and the brand Clóna Fresh Milk was born. Today, Clóna carries on the rich dairy farming legacy of Cork, offering a range of vitamin-enriched milks including whole fresh milk, low-fat milk, fat-free milk, and buttermilk.
