Clonmel Show Society is a registered charity that has been promoting agriculture, horticulture, equine, and related activities since 1865. The society, following the sale of their old showgrounds, purchased a 75-acre farm near Lisronagh in 2005 with the aim of developing it into the showgrounds of the future. Notably, an excellent Point to Point course has been developed on the farm after completing some reclamation works.

The society's main event is the annual show, held on the first Sunday every July, where they showcase various aspects of agriculture and horticulture. Additionally, Clonmel Show Society has broadened its approach by establishing a bursary in 2011 and Soilta in 2016, further supporting their core objectives. With their focus on promoting agriculture and related activities, Clonmel Show Society continues to play a vital role in the community.
