Clos Centeilles is a family-run wine estate in Siran, in the heart of the Minervois La Livinière appellation in France’s Languedoc region. Founded in 1990 by Patricia Boyer-Domergue, the estate is now led by her daughter, Cécile Delucchi Domergue, continuing a family tradition of winemaking and care for the local vineyard heritage.
The property includes 12 hectares of vines alongside eight hectares of natural landscape, with olive trees, almond trees, woodland and other features. Its 23 grape varieties include traditional local grapes, some of which the family has worked to bring back from obscurity. These varieties are crafted into 11 small-production cuvées, made with close attention to the estate’s terroir and winemaking practices.
Clos Centeilles offers its wines for sale online and welcomes visitors for tastings. The estate also provides a gîte, giving guests an opportunity to stay amid the vineyards and surrounding countryside. Its work combines artisanal wine production with the preservation of the region’s agricultural and cultural character.
