Clos du Phoenix is a distinguished brand with over 14 years of combined experience in producing exceptional wines. Located in the picturesque Batroun region of Lebanon, our vineyard spans 6 hectares and consists of 18,000 vines. The clay and limestone soil, coupled with the unique microclimate, create the perfect conditions for viticulture.

Our commitment to quality is evident in every step of the winemaking process. Our grapes are carefully hand-harvested and meticulously selected, favoring quality over quantity. Under the guidance of our esteemed French oenologist, Yvan Jobard, we employ traditional winemaking methods to ensure the utmost quality.

Organic certification was attained in 2013 for our grapes and 2016 for all our wines. We let nature take its course, keeping our vineyard free from chemicals and relying on mechanical and manual methods. Native yeasts, minimal use of SO₂, and malolactic fermentation are key principles in our winemaking approach.
