About CloudEx

CloudEx is a cloud services provider offering backup, virtual infrastructure, and disaster recovery solutions for businesses. Based in Belgrade, the company aims to help organizations protect data and maintain access to their IT systems without major changes to existing workflows or specialized equipment. Its services use an OpenStack-based cloud platform with high availability, billing, and monitoring, alongside Veeam technologies for backup and recovery.

CloudEx offers backup plans ranging from storage for up to 100 GB to options described as unlimited under a fair-use policy. Packages include multiple user accounts, encrypted backup for sensitive data, and managed backup where CloudEx handles the service. Its backup application lets customers copy data from local computers to cloud servers. Additional offerings include Veeam Edge Backup, VPS infrastructure, a virtual data center, and disaster recovery designed to resume IT operations in a data center with minimal interruption and data loss. CloudEx states that stored data is replicated in three copies and encrypted, with access restricted to users with valid credentials.
