Cloud Telecom

CloudFibra is the fibre and mobile brand of Cloudwifi, S.L., a telecommunications company based in Finestrat, Spain. It serves customers across eight municipalities in l’Alacantí, the Marina Baixa and the Marina Alta, including Benidorm, Finestrat, La Nucía, l’Alfàs del Pi, l’Albir, Callosa d’en Sarrià, Calp, Busot and Mutxamel. Coverage is checked for each address before customers sign up.

Its services include fibre broadband at 500 or 1,000 Mbps, 5G mobile plans with calls and data, and MegaWiFi devices to extend home Wi-Fi coverage. Customers can combine fibre, mobile lines and Wi-Fi options through an online tariff configurator, which displays prices including VAT. Offers vary and may include introductory pricing, contract terms or eligibility requirements.

CloudFibra operates five shops in the region, where customers can sign up, change plans or ask questions. It also provides installation by a technician and customer and technical support by phone, WhatsApp and email, with support hours extending into evenings and weekends.
