Fattoria della Mandorla is an organic farming company based in Quasano, within the Alta Murgia National Park area. Since 1995, it has followed organic farming practices, and since 2018 has also experimented with biodynamic agriculture. The company grows and processes the native Toritto almond through a short, circular supply chain, combining agricultural tradition with food innovation and research.
Its online store specializes in organic almond-based foods, including protein snacks, flours, spreads and Mandorella, a line of fresh cheese alternatives made with almond milk.
