Club des Pingouins is a seasonal children’s beach club on Plage Blanche, beside the marine lake in Hossegor, France. Welcoming generations of children since 1947, it aims to create memorable summer holidays through play, sport and shared experiences. Its team of professionals in sport and childcare organizes activities for different ages, including beach games, contests and sports sessions designed to make exercise fun and encourage friendship, teamwork and respect for rules.
Children can also enjoy supervised swimming and water games in the lake, with club instructors and lifeguards overseeing the activity, as well as swimming lessons taught by a qualified lifeguard. The summer program includes the Bamboula, a large celebration organized for parents, alongside games, encouragement and rewards for participants. The club operates during the summer season at Plage Blanche, with opening hours listed as 9:30 a.
m. to 7 p. m., except Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
Through its activities and welcoming beach setting, Club des Pingouins brings children together for active, sociable days by the lake
