Club nautique Berck

The Club Nautique Berckois is a volunteer-led nautical association located beside the Authie Bay in Berck-sur-Mer, with around 180 members. Its activities are guided by a commitment to promoting water sports, sharing knowledge of the marine environment, and supporting safe, responsible enjoyment of the coast.

The club provides a parking area reserved for nautical activities, boat launching facilities, and a clubhouse where visitors can find navigation advice, live weather information, and continuous VHF radio monitoring. It also offers guided boat trips to explore the bay and learn about its wildlife, including the seals living in the estuary. For aspiring boaters, the club runs coastal and offshore boating licence courses through a school approved by the maritime authorities in Boulogne.

Members and visitors can access webcams, real-time weather and tide information, safety guidance, and updates on club activities. Throughout the season, the association also organises social gatherings, safety events, environmental initiatives, and inclusive activities. The club promotes respect for this fragile natural setting and the shared use of its waters.
