Club Olympia Swim Team is a dedicated USA Swimming member club located in Columbus, Indiana, committed to serving local swimmers and triathletes seeking to enhance their competitiveness and technique. Established in response to a demand for better coaching in the community, Club Olympia focuses on helping athletes transition from state to national and even international competition levels.
The club operates during two main seasons: short course from August to March and long course from late March to early August, using facilities such as Northside Middle School and Donner Aquatic Center. With a robust coaching staff and a low swimmer-to-coach ratio, Club Olympia emphasizes quality training through a combination of in-water and dryland practices, offering 5-9 sessions per week based on swimmer levels.
Participants are expected to engage in monthly competitions while having the option to compete for their high school teams. Overall, Club Olympia prioritizes the development of skilled swimmers ready for future athletic opportunities.
