Velox natation is a swimming and day-camp organization that brings together the longstanding Club de natation Hippocampe under a new name. After more than 40 years, the club became Velox natation, carrying forward its connection to swimming while also presenting a broader range of activities. The organization offers swimming programs and invites visitors to register through its website.
It also runs themed day camps under the names Hippocampe and Opération Nez rouge, giving families camp options alongside its swimming activities. These camps are part of the Velox identity and retain the Hippocampe name associated with the former club. The website groups its main offerings into natation and camps Hippocampe, making it easy for visitors to explore the swimming and camp sections.
Velox natation’s focus is therefore on swimming and themed day camps, supported by an established club history and a clear registration pathway. Its transition from Club de natation Hippocampe to Velox natation marks a new name for an organization with more than four decades of history
