About CM Allaire
CM Allaire & Sons, Inc. With over 40 years of experience, log home building is deeply ingrained in their DNA. The brand was founded in 1963 by Charles Allaire, starting as a small construction company focusing on conventional homes.
However, in 1971, the brand took a bold step by purchasing a franchise from Real Log Homes to become their representative in Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. At the time, log homes were seen more as a novelty than a legitimate housing option, but the idea caught on quickly. As demand grew, CM Allaire & Sons built over 200 log homes between 1976 and 1980, solidifying log homes as a desirable choice for homebuyers and finance companies.
Today, the brand continues to thrive, offering a wide range of floor plans, design, plan, and construction options for log homes. Their expertise and dedication to quality have led to long-lasting relationships with customers, making them a trusted name in the industry
