About CMCE
CMCE, the Commission for the Improvement of the Municipality of Elvas, is a nonprofit Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS) serving the Elvas community in Portugal. Its social services include the Os Cucos Residential Care Home, established on 12 July 1995 and operated under a cooperation agreement with the Portalegre District Social Security Centre. The organisation also presents the Santa Eulália Infant Centre and the Santa Eulália Care Home as part of its service offering.
