The City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong (CMHA HK) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to promoting mental health in the workplace. With the belief that every workplace has the opportunity and responsibility to support and foster positive mental health for their employees, CMHA HK brings together senior business leaders, HR managers, well-being and D&I professionals, mental health experts, individuals with lived experience, and industry partners. Through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and real-world evidence, CMHA HK members can accelerate their journey to build a mentally healthy workplace.

CMHA HK offers a range of services to its members, including training modules, events, resources, research, and practical support. They provide guidance and assistance for companies seeking to create mentally healthy workplaces, fostering collaboration, and facilitating the sharing of best practices among members. Their board consists of senior leaders from member companies, and they receive advice from clinical and educational experts.

Launched in 2017 with the support of the Patient Care Foundation and Central Health Medical Practice, CMHA HK operates within the global principles of the CMHA while adapting its approach to meet the specific needs of companies in Hong Kong and Asia.
