Faz parte do Sistema CNA o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Rural (Senar) que oferece capacitação para homens e mulheres do campo. O Instituto CNA desenvolve estudos e pesquisas na área social, econômica e no agronegócio. A Faculdade CNA completa o Sistema CNA e atua como a única instituição educacional voltada totalmente para o setor agropecuário.
