Honker Security Team, founded in 2008, is a prominent nonprofit security community in China, originally established under the name "Red Hack Alliance." The team consists of core members from security companies and defense teams, including researchers and operators, who unite to foster a collaborative environment in cybersecurity. By 2009, the community had grown to over 150,000 registered members, ranking among the most active security forums in the nation.

In 2011, the community restructured as "CNCso.com," focusing on elevating the role of Chief Security Officers (CSOs) in addressing cybersecurity challenges. This initiative aims to provide a think tank for security professionals to contribute to the development of China's digital economy. Today, the Honker Security Team continues to expand, seeking new regional leaders and encouraging collaboration among security experts through opportunities like exclusive email access and free conference tickets. The management team includes seasoned professionals with substantial backgrounds in security from leading tech firms, dedicated to advancing cybersecurity knowledge and practice in China.
