Co' Architettura

Co’ Architettura is an architecture studio based in Ajaccio, Corsica, working on projects across the island and beyond. The atelier supports clients through the design and delivery of construction, rehabilitation and renovation projects, including energy-efficiency and functional improvements. Its services range from initial sketches and architectural studies to project management and on-site construction supervision.

The studio’s approach begins with the character of each place, including its landscape, existing buildings, heritage and local know-how. Co’ Architettura combines these considerations with careful attention to clients’ needs, creating spaces that bring together practical use, comfort and a distinctive sense of place. Its collaborative process aims to develop creative, durable and context-sensitive solutions, balancing the preservation of existing qualities with contemporary design.

The atelier’s work spans housing, public facilities and commercial spaces. Projects and commissions highlighted by the studio include school renovations and extensions, social housing, a library, a village parking facility and public square, a tourism office, and the renovation of a former gendarmerie for a resistance museum.
