Collective Practice is a design-driven multidisciplinary practice, established in 2017 in Hong Kong. They specialize in spatial planning and design services. The brand believes that a successful project is the result of collaboration and synergy between different professionals.

They view spatial experience as a form of storytelling, and by understanding the needs of users, they create unique narrative spaces and experiences. With a diverse background and international experience, the two founding partners, Kai and Michael, bring a unique studio culture and value to their work. Their design approach revolves around three core elements: Scenery, which emphasizes the relationship between a building and its surroundings; Characters, which reflect the values of the users in the design of the space; and Events, planned or spontaneous activities that occur within the space.
