Coach Vennekold is a performance training and coaching brand based in Munich, working with clients across Germany and internationally. Its approach focuses on helping people better understand their current relationship with their body, mind and sport, rather than relying on more training plans or quick fixes. The coaching is intended for competitive athletes, regular exercisers and people who want to begin or return to sport.

Clients can work with Coach Vennekold through individual coaching, seminars and athletic training planning. These services are designed to support practical change and help people take purposeful action. The brand also offers workshops and shares information about upcoming events through its newsletter.

Coach Vennekold’s experience is grounded in 25 years on the judo mat, including the challenges of competition and returning to sport after two cruciate ligament injuries. The lessons gained as an athlete and beyond sport inform the guidance offered to clients. Prospective clients can arrange a free initial conversation to discuss their situation and explore how coaching may support their goals.
