Coaching Ina

Coaching Ina is the coaching and workshop practice of Ina Brenner-Propson, offering support to women who want to make changes in their personal or professional lives. The approach begins with each client’s current situation, concerns, wishes, and goals, then uses fresh perspectives and small prompts to help clarify possible next steps. In individual coaching, Ina provides a supportive space and works at the client’s pace, helping her move forward step by step and pursue a path shaped by her own priorities.

The practice also offers the Powerful Woman Workshop, a weekend experience focused on self-care, recognizing personal needs, and making choices that reflect what participants want rather than what others expect. The website additionally lists RE:Start, described as a new beginning after parental leave, and Alltagscoaching, or everyday coaching, among its services. Coaching Ina presents its work as an opportunity to explore what may help in a particular situation, identify a direction, and take steps toward living one’s wishes and visions with greater self-determination and energy.
