Liebe deine Natur is the personal practice of Sonja Dibowski, offering nature-connected coaching and horse health guidance from her farm in Wesel. Sonja supports people exploring personal development through individual coaching and, when desired, follow-up process guidance. Sessions can address topics such as taking stock of life, navigating change, finding opportunity in a crisis, and developing dreams and visions. Horse-assisted coaching invites participants to learn through interaction with horses Napoleon and Yoki, whom Sonja describes as perceptive co-coaches.

The practice also hosts women’s healing circles shaped around seasonal festivals, creating time for women to gather with openness and curiosity. Workshops offer further opportunities for reflection and connection with nature and horses, including work on body awareness, personal boundaries, and a sense of personal space.

For horse owners, Sonja provides nutrition consultations as a trained animal naturopath, with a focus on metabolic therapy and feed advice. Her recommendations take a holistic view, considering not only diet but also horse keeping, pasture management, and handling.
