Coaching for Men, founded by coach, counsellor and facilitator Sam Adams, provides coaching, counselling and training designed to help men navigate personal and professional challenges. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience working with men, Sam offers practical, compassionate support informed by a trauma-aware perspective. The work helps clients understand themselves, recognize patterns that may hold them back and make meaningful, sustainable changes.

Services include confidential one-to-one coaching, structured group experiences and leadership support for men who support other men. Coaching can focus on purpose, discipline and confidence, as well as relationships, career direction, stress and wellbeing. Group programmes offer opportunities for shared learning and connection, while leadership coaching provides accountability, training and guidance.

The process begins with a free, confidential 30-minute online conversation to explore a person’s needs and assess whether the service is a good fit. Together, Sam and the client can then map a tailored path based on their goals, timeframe and budget, combining reflective exploration with practical tools for moving forward.
