Coaching Zone

Coaching Zone is a fitness and sports coaching centre in Sorgues, near Avignon, built around personal support, progress and a welcoming community. It serves people with a range of goals, from getting back into shape and improving performance to enjoying exercise and taking time to recover. Its activities include crosstraining, HYROX training, women’s boxing and HYROX Kids, with sessions suited to recreational participants and competitors.

Coaching is delivered by qualified, passionate trainers, with small groups designed to support individual attention and progress at each person’s pace. Coaching Zone is an official HYROX club and also organises events throughout the year. For recovery, Le Refuge offers pressotherapy, electrostimulation, massage guns and a relaxation area, helping members care for their bodies before or after training.

The club highlights encouragement, teamwork and an inclusive atmosphere, so members can train with support rather than feel like a number. Prospective members can book a discovery session to explore the activities and coaching experience
