Coach Kelly Sports is a data-driven athlete development brand focused on helping baseball and softball players understand their abilities and build a clear path for improvement. Its Athlete Engineering™ framework assesses, diagnoses, tracks, and develops performance, replacing guesswork and subjective judgments with measurable information. The system is built on more than 20 years of experience and over 75,000 athlete evaluations.

Athletes can create a free profile and complete five assessments, then upgrade to a monthly subscription for a detailed Player Performance Report Card covering physical capacity, hitting mechanics, mental readiness, and commitment. A free Power & Velocity Predictor™ estimates throwing and exit velocity from three broad jumps, with results sent by email. The platform also provides age- and level-based benchmarks and assessment resources.

Coach Kelly Sports serves parents and coaches through dedicated portals offering guidance on assessment results, recruiting, communication, coaching methods, and data interpretation. Its certification programs train coaches and recognize facilities and organizations in the Athlete Engineering approach.
