Coach TJ, led by Torsten Johne, provides mental training and individual football coaching for players aged approximately 12 to 25, as well as guidance for parents. Drawing on his experience as a sports teacher and youth and adult coach, and training with Football Leverage, Johne combines practical football knowledge with personal, grounded mental coaching.

Online mental coaching is available throughout the DACH region. It helps players build focus, calm, confidence, resilience and clarity, with support tailored to the demands of training and competition. Players can choose a free, no-obligation introductory conversation, a 14-day guided taster course with workbook and videos, self-study resources, or ongoing one-to-one coaching with an individual mental plan.

In Schwarzenberg and within roughly 30 kilometres, Coach TJ also offers in-person individual football training, combining technique, ball work and game situations with mental tools applied directly on the pitch. Sessions can be arranged one to one or in small groups, and can complement mental coaching.
