CoachVille

CoachVille is a global community for life, business, and leadership coaches, founded in 2000 by life coaching pioneer Thomas Leonard. Led by CEO Dave Buck, it brings together coaches and people interested in personal growth through online classes, gatherings, and a shared focus on human potential. CoachVille describes coaching as guiding practice: an active, supportive process that helps people develop practical skills, mindsets, and strategies rather than relying solely on detached questioning or expert instruction.

The organization offers coach education, including an ICF-certified coaching program, a life coaching program, and a Foundation Certification Program.
