Coach Werch Baseball Mentorship helps serious baseball players and their families create a clearer path toward development, college recruiting, and life beyond the game. Founded by Seth Werch, the service draws on his six years of Division I baseball experience at Penn, the University of Texas, and VCU. Werch offers personalized, one-on-one mentorship designed to complement—not replace—a player’s existing coaches, trainers, and family support.

The program develops the whole player through five connected areas: baseball skills, athletic performance, mental preparation, recruiting and decision-making, and life development. Support may include guidance on hitting, outfield play, practice habits, strength, recovery, confidence, handling adversity, coach communication, school selection, recruiting timelines, camps, showcases, and video. Players and families begin with an evaluation, build a plan around their goals, and work together to make progress. The mentorship also addresses academics, character, leadership, and identity beyond baseball.
