The Official College of Architects of the Balearic Islands (COAIB) is the professional organization serving architects across the Balearic Islands. It provides information and resources for its members, supports professional standards, and offers public-facing services for consumers and users. Its member services include registration, professional records, project-submission and review guidance, fees, administrative procedures, and access to an online portal. COAIB also provides technical resources on building regulations, planning, construction quality, accessibility, safety, energy efficiency, and rehabilitation.

The organization offers continuing education through courses, conferences, workshops, and other cultural activities. Its program includes architecture exhibitions, guided visits, research grants, awards, and the digital magazine D’A. Members can access a library, publications, technical tools, a job board, and information about competitions and expert appointments. COAIB also shares news, professional guidance, and planning information through its observatory and specialist offices. Through these services, the college connects architects, public administrations, and the wider community while promoting architectural practice and knowledge in the islands.
