Coastal Smiles

Coastal Smiles Family Dentistry is a dental practice serving families in Wilmington, North Carolina, with offices in Monkey Junction and on College Road. The practice emphasizes personalized, gentle, and affordable care in a welcoming environment, aiming to make patients comfortable while supporting healthy smiles. Its facilities include soft dental chairs, televisions, and a lobby coffee bar, and evening appointments are available at both locations.

Services range from complete exams, routine cleanings, fillings, and teeth whitening to gum disease treatment, crowns, bridges, veneers, and dental implants. The team also provides root canal therapy, tooth extractions and other oral surgery, emergency dental care, cosmetic braces, and complete or partial dentures. Additional offerings include TMJ services, custom sports mouth guards, and CEREC technology. The practice states that most procedures can be performed in-office, helping patients avoid outside referrals for many treatments. Oral sedation is available for patients concerned about anxiety, and CareCredit provides flexible payment options. Coastal Smiles also shares oral health guidance through its dental blog and provides online appointment scheduling.
