Coastal Prime

Coastal Prime 1901 is a waterfront restaurant in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, offering elevated dining alongside panoramic views of the harbor. Under the ownership of local restaurateurs Metehan Sahin and Erman Celikel since May 2025, the restaurant presents a refreshed menu inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Maine’s coast. Its offerings include locally sourced seafood, steaks, fresh sushi, seasonal dishes, and a range of lunch and dinner options, complemented by cocktails and appetizers.

Guests can dine indoors or outdoors on an expansive deck, with comfortable seating and fire pits creating a relaxed setting for meals and special occasions. Boaters can use available hourly dock slips and step ashore for a dock-and-dine experience. With seating for more than 200 people, Coastal Prime 1901 also hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversary and engagement celebrations, private events, and corporate gatherings, with customizable menus and attentive service.
