Coava Coffee Roasters is a renowned brand that started its journey in a modest garage in North Portland in 2008. Founded by Matt Higgins, a skilled barista and roaster, Coava Coffee Roasters quickly gained recognition in the industry for its commitment to quality and sourcing exceptional coava coffee. Matt's passion for specialty coffee led him to study agriculture and sustainable business, allowing him to build long-standing partnerships with coffee producers worldwide.

Coava Coffee Roasters believes in socially responsible practices and invests in the infrastructure to benefit the coffee-producing communities it partners with. The brand's relentless focus on quality can be experienced in every bag of beans and handcrafted drink they offer. However, beyond coffee, Coava Coffee Roasters values the connections they make with coffee farmers, wholesale partners, and customers, fostering a shared love for celebrated brews.

By inviting customers to try their coffees, hang out in their cafes, and learn about their craft, Coava Coffee Roasters seeks to create a joyful, educational, and memorable coffee experience for all
