Fundación CocinAmar is a non-profit private foundation founded in Valparaíso in January 2016. They are dedicated to addressing the sustainability of fisheries in Chile through various activities that involve artisanal, industrial, and aquaculture sectors. The foundation aims to reduce poverty among small-scale artisanal fishermen, promote sustainable economic development, and protect the environment.

They plan, design, organize, and administer methods and practices to support organizations of artisanal fishermen in directly marketing fresh or processed seafood products. Fundación CocinAmar also facilitates connections between consumers and artisanal fishermen through gastronomy and food safety activities. They raise awareness about the importance of sustainable fishing practices, combat illegal fishing, and promote responsible consumption.
