The Collective Leadership Initiative (CLI), developed by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in partnership with The Colorado Health Foundation (TCHF), is a vibrant leadership development program that fosters collaboration and transformation to enhance health equity across Colorado. The initiative comprises six diverse programs, each uniquely designed to empower communities and catalyze positive change.

About Collective Leadership
The Colorado Collective Leadership Initiative (CLI) is a community-focused program sponsored by The Colorado Health Foundation and provided by the Center for Creative Leadership. CLI aims to address the persistent health disparities experienced by Colorado communities, despite the increased focus on health equity in recent years. The initiative brings together individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, regardless of job title or skill level, to collaborate on tackling health equity challenges within their communities.
Participants will engage in a virtual or in-person learning environment, where they will connect with community leaders, share resources, and work together on a common health equity challenge. The program emphasizes the development of eight key leadership capabilities, empowering individuals to prioritize health, exercise influence, and foster strong community connections. CLI is committed to inclusivity and encourages individuals from underrepresented or historically excluded groups to apply.
