CoCo Love Doulas is a maternal and family wellness organization serving families in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, California, with plans to expand into Solano and Sonoma Counties in 2027. Its mission is to improve maternal and infant health outcomes through culturally responsive, relationship-centered care, particularly for underrepresented families. The organization supports families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the transition into parenthood, aiming to help clients feel informed, heard, and empowered.

Services include perinatal and doula support before, during, and after childbirth; lactation and infant-feeding guidance for breastfeeding, pumping, formula, or combination feeding; and practical and emotional family support. Postpartum care addresses recovery, rest, adjustment to parenthood, and ongoing check-ins. CoCo Love Doulas also involves partners and fathers and helps families build knowledge and advocate for their choices. Eligible services may be covered through Medi-Cal and participating health plans, including CCHP, Alameda Alliance, Health Net, and Northern California Permanente. Through its community-based approach, the organization connects families with education, advocacy, cultural connection, and resources beyond the birth itself.
