CODA is a transformative program dedicated to helping individuals struggling with codependency in relationships. Based in Israel, CODA operates on the principles of a 12-step recovery system designed for those who seek healthy and loving connections. The only requirement for membership is the desire to foster fulfilling relationships.

At CODA, members come together to share their experiences, strength, and hope, creating a supportive community that nurtures self-discovery and personal growth. The program emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s past and addressing deep-rooted behaviors that hinder emotional freedom. Through engagement in daily meditations and meetings, members learn to identify and break free from emotional chains, moving towards a renewed sense of self-worth and inner strength.

CODA provides a wealth of resources, including self-assessment tools, a collection of helpful literature, and both local and international support channels. The program is committed to guiding individuals on their journey to healing and empowerment, ensuring everyone has the chance for a brighter tomorrow.
