CODA, Inc. is an Oregon-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to substance use disorder treatment and recovery. Founded in 1969, it is one of the state’s largest treatment programs and its oldest opioid addiction treatment program.
CODA operates 14 programs across ten sites, providing integrated care designed to help people begin and sustain recovery. Its services include withdrawal management, residential treatment, an opioid treatment program, outpatient treatment, supported housing, and sobering services. Care is available at locations including Beaverton, Portland, Gresham, Tigard, Hillsboro, Clackamas, and Seaside, and services can be accessed on-site or through remote virtual care.
CODA emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based support, helping clients build skills and community as they move through recovery. The organization also shares research, service updates, educational articles, and recovery stories, and offers information for patients and providers. Through its programs and ongoing commitment to hope and healing, CODA works toward a world where stigma, discrimination, and other barriers to recovery are eliminated
