Codam

Codam Coding College is an Amsterdam-based coding school that prepares people for today’s and tomorrow’s jobs through accessible, peer-to-peer software engineering education. Part of 42Amsterdam and the global 42 network, Codam welcomes anyone aged 18 or older, with no degree or mathematics qualification required. Its tuition-free model is designed to make high-quality programming education available to people from diverse backgrounds.

Students learn through a practical curriculum and collaborative projects rather than conventional teacher-led classes. The challenging Selection Piscine forms part of the admissions journey, while professional development and support for job preparation help students move towards careers in technology. Codam also offers scholarships and financial assistance for eligible students facing financial barriers.

The school works with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 businesses and invites prospective learners to attend a Codam Experience Day. Its website provides information about the curriculum, admissions, events, student life, and partnerships, alongside news and blogs about technology and learning.
