Code de la Route is an information resource focused on traffic regulations in Belgium. Its website brings together current rules, legal texts and practical explanations to help road users and professionals understand their responsibilities and stay informed about changes. Content covers road rules, infrastructure and signage, criminal policy, driving licences, vehicle insurance and registration, passenger and goods transport, professional competence, and technical vehicle requirements.

Visitors can consult federal and regional road codes, including rules for Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia, as well as guidance tailored to pedestrians, cyclists, electric scooter users, speed pedelec riders and motorcyclists. The site also provides information on speed limits, road signs, parking, offences and penalties, with tools such as a fine calculator and resources about driving under the influence. News articles and updates highlight recent regulatory changes and road-safety advice. Training offerings include tailored courses, road-code refreshers and guidance for road managers. Available in Dutch, French and English, Code de la Route also offers a newsletter and links to relevant public and road-safety organisations.
