Coderic

Coderic Foundation is a free software engineering community founded in 2004, working across Venezuela and Colombia to connect developers, data, and infrastructure through an ecosystem of digital portals. The organization describes its mission as supporting engineering resources and information for commerce, while promoting open-source development, direct democracy, and participatory governance. Its community offers ways to connect and collaborate through discussion chats, forums, social groups, and messaging channels, alongside guidance for getting started and contributing.

Coderic’s work is presented through four core areas: organization, governance, impact, and expansion. These cover its sovereignty principles, leadership philosophy, legal framework in Venezuela and Colombia, founding principles, and plans for institutional partnerships across Latin America.
