About CODICI
CODICI - Centro per i Diritti del Cittadino is an association committed to asserting, promoting, and protecting the rights of citizens and vulnerable individuals. Recognized by the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, CODICI has been actively working for over 30 years to uphold consumer rights. As a member of the CNCU and the BEUC, two prominent consumer organizations, CODICI strives to defend legality, ensure the right to health, and give a voice to consumers who are often overlooked and harmed.
The association's activities range from combating usury and fighting against malpractice in the healthcare system to addressing everyday issues such as scams, excessive bills, and denied reimbursements. CODICI achieves its mission through its local offices, help desks, and the dedication of its volunteers who provide invaluable support and assistance to consumers
