About Cody Yellowstone
Cody Yellowstone, The Great American Adventure, is a renowned brand that represents the entire Park County, Wyoming. This includes the communities of Powell, Meeteetse, Cody, and East Yellowstone Valley, as well as the iconic Yellowstone National Park. The Park County Travel Council (PCTC), a Joint Powers Board, oversees the promotion and marketing of tourism in the area, utilizing the 4% lodging tax revenues according to Wyoming state statutes.
Comprising ten dedicated volunteer board members, the PCTC collaborates with local councils and the Wyoming Business Council’s Travel Commission to enhance the region's visitor experiences. Led by Executive Director Ryan Hauck, the PCTC implements various dynamic marketing strategies to showcase the natural beauty, outdoor adventures, historic attractions, and cultural treasures of Park County, Wyoming. Whether it's exploring Yellowstone National Park, experiencing the charm of Cody, or savoring the local hospitality, Cody Yellowstone offers an unforgettable adventure for all.
