CoExyst

CoExyst is a shared household operating system designed to make everyday home coordination clearer and calmer. Built for housemates, roommates, couples, families and co-living homes, it brings household administration into one connected place rather than leaving it scattered across chats, notes and reminders. Its features include House Pulse, which brings together current priorities, calendar events, cleaning tasks, shopping and bill reminders; shared and personal shopping lists; recurring routines with owners and due dates; calendars and inspection preparation; household messages; and searchable house information and records.

CoExyst helps households track bills, rent reminders, cost splits, repayments and settlement context, without claiming to provide banking or payment processing. Privacy is central to the service: shared household information is kept distinct from personal shopping and sensitive context, which remains private unless deliberately shared. CoExyst is available as an installable web app on supported browsers.

Access is currently offered in waves following manual review. Once a household is active, one membership covers the entire house, with monthly and annual pricing options
