Coffee Sketcher is a growing, visual encyclopedia and learning resource devoted to the specialty coffee world. Its wiki organizes information into interconnected notes about auctions, farms, coffee varieties, people, institutions, and key ideas, allowing readers to explore relationships through a graph view. The content is designed to be fact-focused while clearly identifying information that still needs verification.

Readers can start with topics such as the Best of Panama, the Cup of Excellence, the World Barista Championship, and the World Brewers Cup. The wiki also explores notable varieties including Geisha, Bourbon, and Typica, alongside figures and places connected to their histories. Other subjects include specialty coffee, cupping, coffee scoring, coffee leaf rust, and honey processing.

Coffee Sketcher is built to keep expanding: contributors can add notes and connect them by linking related topics, helping the visual map grow over time. It also points readers to official resources from organizations and competitions such as the Specialty Coffee Association, Alliance for Coffee Excellence, Cup of Excellence, and Best of Panama.
