COHO is a UK property management platform that helps people find rooms in shared homes while giving landlords and letting agents tools to manage tenancies. It is not itself a landlord or letting agent: homes are listed directly by the people who manage them. Renters can browse shared accommodation in cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Bristol, review listing details and, where available, see profiles of potential housemates. Listings are updated by property managers, and renters can contact them securely, ask questions and request viewings through the platform. Some homes offer virtual tours.

COHO also supports the tenancy journey after a renter accepts an invitation from a property manager. Linked accounts can access onboarding, compliance documents, maintenance reporting and messaging, helping tenants and managers keep essential tasks organised in one place. The platform is designed to make shared living easier to navigate, with tools for discovering compatible housemates, coordinating viewings and managing next steps. COHO brings home-search and tenancy management services together without directly letting or managing the properties.
