Coleman-Mach, an Airxcel brand, is a renowned leader in RV air conditioning, having produced over 8 million units for RVs and specialty vehicles worldwide. With a rich history that dates back to the debut of the original RV air conditioner in 1967, Coleman-Mach has been at the forefront of climate control systems for over 55 years. The story of Coleman-Mach began when Sheldon Coleman, the head of the Coleman® Company, embarked on a camping trip to test their new product lines.

Impressed by the motorhome experience, Sheldon identified the need for an air conditioner to make sleeping more comfortable. This led to the development of the first RV air conditioner, known as the PolarPal, which was introduced by the Coleman® Company in 1967. Since then, Coleman-Mach has expanded its portfolio to cater to a wide range of recreational lifestyles.

Their product range includes air conditioners, heat pumps, ceiling assemblies, climate control accessories, thermostats, and conversion kits. In addition to RVs, Coleman-Mach products are widely used in boats, off-road vehicles, and specialty fields. Headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Coleman-Mach is part of the Airxcel family of brands, which includes other reputable names such as Maxxair, Aqua-Hot, Cleer Vision, and Suburban.

With a commitment to quality and innovation, Coleman-Mach continues to provide reliable and efficient climate control solutions for the RV industry and beyond
