The Collaborative Trust, based in Christchurch, is dedicated to supporting the healthy and positive development of rangatahi (young people) in Aotearoa. Founded and driven by Dr Sue Bagshaw, a champion of equality and youth development, the trust offers a range of services to those who work with young people. Their offerings include evidence-informed training for parents, health professionals, and anyone in between.

They also provide research and evaluation services focused on youth health and development, as well as advocacy for youth. As a registered charity, The Collaborative Trust receives donations and grants but also operates as a business.
