CollaNote is a free note-taking app for iPad, iPhone, and Mac, designed to bring writing, learning, and planning together in one flexible workspace. With Apple Pencil support, users can choose from more than 50 pens and brushes, while smart shape and diagram recognition helps refine drawings. The app also lets users import and annotate PDFs, slides, and Word documents without changing the original files.
CollaNote combines practical study tools with creative features. Users can record lectures, link audio playback to their handwritten notes, and generate transcripts with AI. Other tools support translation in more than 90 languages, handwritten equation solving, and AI-assisted illustrations and stickers. Hyperlinked planners, habit trackers, to-do lists, and customizable flashcards help organize coursework and review subjects.
A built-in library offers papers, templates, stickers, planners, and flashcard decks, including materials created and shared by users. CollaNote is developed by Zauberberg Lab LLC and provides a Help Center, feature requests, bug reporting, and real-time staff support. The app is available to download free from the App Store.
