NZ CollectiveMiles

CollectiveMiles provides rental operations software for car rental businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Its workspace brings booking requests, fleet availability, vehicle handovers, incidents, and customer updates together, helping operators coordinate daily work without relying on scattered spreadsheets and messages. Teams can review incoming requests, check booking overlaps, manage vehicle records and availability, and plan pickups, returns, active rentals, and overdue vehicles.

The platform supports detailed handover records, including location, odometer, fuel, inspections, notes, and vehicle condition. Operators can split rentals across vehicles, assign eligible replacements with a recorded reason, manage vehicle photos, and track mechanical alerts, damage, and customer requests through support tickets. Configured customer notification workflows and branded, mobile-first rental websites are also available. Data tools include CSV exports, JSON downloads, and local access to stored records during temporary connection problems.

CollectiveMiles offers plans for fleets from one vehicle to larger operations, with features varying by tier. Optional services such as messaging usage, advanced integrations, migration, and custom implementation may be priced separately.
