CollegeSend is a Chrome extension designed to help student-athletes manage college recruiting outreach. It focuses on connecting athletes with NCAA programs and making communication with college coaches easier to organize. The service brings coaching staffs together on one board, giving users a single place to keep track of the programs they are researching. CollegeSend also lets athletes send recruiting emails to coaches directly from their own Gmail account, keeping outreach within a familiar email service.

By combining program research, coaching-staff organization, and email sending in one browser-based tool, CollegeSend offers a practical approach to the administrative side of recruiting. Its stated purpose is to help athletes research NCAA programs and contact coaches, rather than requiring them to manage those tasks across separate tools. The extension is aimed specifically at student-athletes pursuing college opportunities and seeking a more organized way to conduct recruiting outreach. CollegeSend’s core offering is therefore a focused recruiting workflow: gather program information, keep coaching contacts on one board, and send messages through Gmail.
